sitting imperial couple, in front of a painted
wooden (kiri) screen, on a rostrum. Original
wooden box.
Emperor and empress with their insignia, and dressed in valuable, painted brocade
robes. Round and bright gofun heads with nicely
painted faces. Taishô period. Hight of
the dolls ca. 10 cm.
